... how do you make a first and last name?

I noticed several players with first and last names, however it didnt seem possible in character creation... spacebar didnt do anything as far as I could see. Is this something you have to wait ill later in the game for?

When you get to level 10 you can get a last name. There is a NPC in Tir na Nog who is the "Name Registrar." Just talk to that dude and choose your last name.
