Anyone got magician debuffs figured out yet?

I want to know exactly what each debuff does. This is what I have gathered so far.

23 Amplify Heat (heat debuff)
33 Endow Heat
44 Empower Heat

24 Amplify Cold (cold debuff)
34 Endow Cold
46 Empower Cold

27 Amplify Matter (matter)
36 Endow Matter
49 Empower Matter

Eldritch void spec
22 Nullify Hardiness (body debuff)
33 Negate Hardiness
45 Void Hardiness

26 Nullify Spirit (spirit)
35 Negate Spirit
48 Void Spirit

27 Nullify Dissipation (energy/electricity)
39 Negate Dissipation
49 Void Dissipation

Heat - Fire and Light
Cold - Void and Dark
Matter - Earth and Matter
Spirit - Spirit, Mind, and Wind
Energy - Electricity and Mana
Body - Body, Poison and Disease

Ok, so my first debuff is heat, which does Fire and Light. So obviously it helps the light line DD blasts. Who has fire blasts though? The next debuff is cold, which is void and dark. I know Elds have Void spells, but who has dark spells? Then I have a matter debuff which does earth and matter. Ummm huh? Don't albions have earth spirits or something? Am I debuffing things for Albs now? Some Hibs must benefit somehow from this debuff. I ain't gonna cast it till I figure out who to cast it for.

Now the Eld debuffs. Spirit does spirit, mind and wind. I'm guessing that mind must be some sort of mentalist spells. It sounds right anyway. No clue what spirit or wind is about. Would it help Morety's unnatural butt winds? Then there is Energy which is electricity and Mana. I am going to be a Mana Enchanter. If you are an eld and you are grouped with me please cast this debuff. :D I will cast the cold one for you. :D But Electricity??? Don't Midtards do electricity? I'm not working for those smelly Trolls. And the last one is Body. Body, Poison and Disease. Boomy the druid uses poison alot, I wonder how much this debuff would help him. What Hib gets a disease spell? I know someone does, but I forget. And what is a Body spell?

I think I'm starting to make some progress here, but I'm still really confused. Any got a link to a really good explanation for this stuff?

As a champ, my DD blast uses body. Debuff their body and I'll have a blast :)

As a Mentalist all my direct damage spells use Heat/Fire

All my DOT's use Mind

They are in the Mana spec line. Im gonna be a mana enchanter, so I gotta figure this out. :/

I have some disease spells, to answer one of your many questions. I also have a lot of void stuff, but I think I have a pretty good stable of heat/fire spells (Way of the Sun?).

I also have some nifty debuffs, but I never use them. Stuff like Kinetic Dispersal and stuff. NPS battles don't seem to require it and there wouldn't be time anyway. Are those mostly used in RvR? Maybe I should read up.......
