my daughters (20 months now) favorite word is duck, she likes it so much we now just refer to her as 'duck'.

I dunno, if I saw one of those Camel Spiders I would freak out pretty freaking bad... I scream like a girl and piss myself whenever I see a spider already tho. :cry:

Those centipedes are common insects around Toronto.

My wife had a camel spider in her room in Iraq. She tried to keep it as a pet, but it died a few days after she found it. I posted a pic somewhere of it. They can't be that bad if she was going to keep it as a pet.

Not a myth. Read the article again. It says they aren't venemous, but that they have very powerful jaws and BITE.

I believe they have poisoned spurs on their back legs.
