Hello all

This is Guild master of Warband , ingame name Kenjin. our guild reliaze that horde on this server is all scatter up. everyone just doing their own things and most of the large guild always compete with each other. none willing to lend their hand out to help the small guilds on the server.

so we decide to creat an alliance to let all the small and mid size guild( as well as the guilds with not many 60s) to join and help each other out with raids and pvp. This way smaller guilds with only 10 or less 60s they can join raids and gearing them self up. as well as having back up in pvp when theres a attack from alliance side.

in this horde guild alliance everyone will be equal no one is leading no one. all suggestions and opinnions are welcome. and we have already creat a alliance forum for it with brand new domain. http://s88283928.onlinehome.us/alliance/index.php( (http://s88283928.onlinehome.us/alliance/index.php%28) this domain will be tempoary for now)

there will different section of forums for each guild needs as well as GM only Section. all GMs of each guild will become a Mod for different section of forum. and for smaller guilds who dosn't have their priavte guild forum. we will gladly creat a private guild forum for them to use it in private only.

if you are interesting joining this alliance, and wish to speak with me in detail feel free to contact me ingame Kenjin. or you can post in the alliance thread http://s88283928.onlinehome.us/alliance/index.php

Excelent Idea Kanjin, we have complained about not having an 'alliance' feature in WoW several times.

I am sure this will definately help our side out!

only problem i really see is getting the loot split up so that everyone thinks it is 'fair'

Nerzhul is starting to do the same thing. Our guild is in alliance with 2 others and we use a point system to divide up loot during raids. We barely started this weekend. You can check out how we do it on the alliance forum of npc.tehlounge.com.

Great idea.

On a related note, does anyone else think we should be using a term other than "alliance" to describe an association of guilds in WoW? It's just that it can be confusing sometimes when people use that term for that purpose. We could use coalition, association, federation, union ... lots of stuff. But, I guess it is kinda tough to agree on a standard when WoW has no mechanism for guild grouping from which to draw, so we just use what we're already accustomed to. No biggie.

as for loots i think it would be best to go with the normal ways

FFA BOE green items and ask if need for upgrade.

blue and Epic items Class need only

never had any loot issues before when we raid with other guilds in MC in the past so i dont think this would be a big issue for us.

if you wish to join this horde alliance, register on the forum and identify your self as a horde guild leader i will add you up into the mod section.

Edit: alliance mainly is to help each other out, i never thought about loot issues etc. i think is best to giving out the loot rules when people start a raid in the alliance.

example some one post up on forum about leading a raid he will require to put in time , loot rules , how many people is need etc.

with this alliance many raids can happen at once. atm we dont have many guild in it yet, but once we grow more , we will creat a Design Channel for it with password
