Stealthy Shaman changes? or am i just crazy? [Archive]

Last night i noticed my Healing Wave spell has a cast time of 3 seconds. As far as i can remember its been 6 seconds - making it not all that useful in combat situations.

Am i insane and its alway been 3 seconds? Did i choose a talent that did this when i respeced? did they change something?

my bet is that im insane....

Why would you want to use healing wave when lesser healing wave works better in combat?
