-Insomiax Mod interface is pretty sweet for pvping without the clutter.
-Autopotion has been a lifesaver. Don't PvP without it.
-Healomatic looks very uber for healing classes:

If you want to farm like crazy or form a pbae bomb squad, I would highly recommend playing a mage with a priest. It's amazing how many mobs a mage can kill at once with insta pbae in 20 seconds.

healomatic makes bad healers into ok healers, and doesn't help good healers

Why even play the game if you're going to have macros do everything for you? That'd take the fun out of it for me.

I'm looking into using cosmos in order to have more icons on my desktop qbar so I don't have to scroll around. I still want to mash the buttons myself.

I have become somewhat addicted to using/testing the addons out there. I too use Cosmos and have been playing around with Linkloot, Auctioneer & SellValue.

I agree somewhat with the macro thing, but I know one I use in particular is really nice and that is the tacklebox macro. Sure is nice to click one button and switch back to my weapon from the fishing pole.

I can't stand fishing without the tacklebox now...I've become totally dependant on it :(

It's nice NOT using addons. I played Tribes with no scripts at all, was a good feeling knowing that I am wooping ass on gimps using lame skiing and disc/mine scripts.

I am sure I will get the same feeling in PvP with WoW. Cosmos for the extra bars is all I will use I am sure and maybe anything else that just makes things a little more convenient but no auto potions or anything like that.

my new cecil macro is working out well for my alt. i get all kinds of hot cybAr action without even having to be there. wOOt!

no macros for me either. that way i have an excuse for sucking at healing. :D

I tried to log onto DAOC but WoW was too addicting. Almost 60 though so I'll be able to visit hehe.
