goddamnit I can't wait for this shit to be over with. Christmas is the worst. I got the neighbors coming over and inviting me to some stupid ass walk around the neighborhood to everybodies house and have drinks and snacks on saturday night. Who the hell wants to hang out with the neighbors on saturday night? I sure as hell am making sure I'm not home when these people have their neighborhood celebration. I haven't baught a gift for anyone, I'm going to try and get away with not getting gifts. I've been telling people for years, "don't get me anything and I won't get you anything and we will take that $20 we planned on spending on some crap that neither of us wants and put it in our pocket, that will be our gifts to eachother, keeping our $20". I have it worked out with my brothers and sister but now I got the in-laws getting me shit I really don't want so I gotta go buy them some shit they don't want. Me and the gf have a agreement of not getting anything for eachother and saving money. We did the same for birthday because what's the point of me spending hundreds of dollers on her and then a month later her spending hundreds of dollers on me? I hate gift giving, what a waste of time and money. I'll be making sure I drink heavily to get through this miserable time of year.

Hey the Grinch's main issue was the xmas cheer or whatever. I got no problem with people being giddy about xmas, and xmas decorations. The Grinch didn't like xmas decorations and stuff. I just dislike xmas gifts. I hate wasting money on crap nobody wants, then we all have to go through the awkwardness of acting happy about getting some shit we dont want. Xmas day is a giant hastle as well. Gotta go to my gf's mom's then her dads, cause they are divorced, then we go and hang out with my family. And at each place it's like a big ordeal to try and get out of there cause we gotta go to the next stop and by the end of the day it's just feels good to get it over with. It's good to set up the "dont get me shit and i wont get you shit" thing though.

Buying Christmas gifts boosts the economy. Its the best way to fight back at the terrorists. Remember what Bush said after 9/11? He said we should go shopping. I know I am always criticizing Bush, but he was actually 100% right about that.

There are two ways for patriotic Americans to fight the terrorists. The first is to join the military and learn how to kill terrorists real good. The other way (for those of us too old to join the military) is to buy lots and lots of Christmas presents for everyone we know.

Well sure, that works too. As long as you spend lots of money its all good. If you have an agreement not to buy presents for other people (so you don't waste money buying crap they don't want) that's cool, but make sure to spend all that money buying cool stuff for yourself instead.

So while they are all out walking around break into their homes and steal the gifts under their trees. Then sell all of the stuff you don't want on ebay. Take the money from the sales and invest it into your retirement plan... or get some booze and hookers.
