Need Advice/help finding a online shopping cart prog

Hey:)

I could really use some help finding a really good online shopping cart program. I am goiing to be hosting it on my linux server tying into a mysql database. Things I am looking for in the prog:
-Also has a Point of Sale (POS) program that ties into the same database for the till to run the frontside of the store(hense inventory will always be up to date)
-Supports payment methods with paypal as well as credit card
-Comes with a decent set of templates(more a want than a need:))
-good inventory system
-Works in Canada with our taxes(or can be set up in the app)
-gives shipping options/pricing
-has the option of setting up to auto print off the paid orders on a laser printer hooked up to linux server

I really really appreciate any help/advice I can get. I have been searching the net for the one that suits my needs.I have found lots that are close though. If I've missed anything else that I should be looking for please tell me. Any help again would just rock:)
