Another thing, don't know if it's related but I have xp service pack 2 installed.

It could be dape... try turning off your firewall before uploading. It might be trying to use the PHP version of ADO stream and the firewall could br blocking the connection.

Yeah I had a problem with the ADO streaming all over my PHPs so I put firewalls on the DDS with a LNK transfer routine in the subdrive.

Could also be the auto numbering for naming the custom aviatars got messed up in the move so it is trying to overwrite one that is already there and the directory does not have append rights.
