for a partial answer, you can look at it this way.

They started with Albion - since the game is named Dark Age of Camelot, that should be no surprise. Then 6 Months later, they started on Midgard. 4 months later, Hibernia.

2 months later they launched.

Mensajero the Huntress pictured here had been sniping around the DL area for hours and was very elusive. She must have killed at least 15 people in that time. It was kind of funny because she had avoided me since she was blue to me. After a long search for her I accidentally agroed a yellow Siog Seeker and barely survived so it left me vulnerable to her sniping.

I remember telling Omenborn that I was the bait now, I knew she couldn't resist taking out a high con, especially one that had been looking for her. It was maybe 3 mins after I said that when I got popped. I had maybe a 1/5 of my health left but it was enough to get me in melee range so she sprinted away. Omenborn and Locustus were already in position waiting for her.

Omenborn pursued and chopped her down, getting his revenge for an earlier death. Mensajero didn't release. I should have been a little more careful but I stuck around thinking I could get away if I saw any reinforcements in the distance. Mensajero was indeed calling reinforcements, a red Tank Willus and a red Healer Ormis.

Apparently they had a speed spell because they caught up to me very, very quickly and of course at that point I got the whole stun+can o' whoopass special. They caused quite a stir from that point on near the DL gates killing maybe another 10 to 15 before we got the help we needed to take them out.

I made back to the DL gate and grouped up with an Enchanter (Eurrin), a Ranger and an Eldritch. The Middies were just past the gate and we could see them in the distance. Willus beckoned me so I waved back at him and blew him a kiss. We then danced with each other, LOL. Well the battle commenced soon after that and Willus did dispose of me again but right before Blight did him in. Mensajero was taken out by the Eldritch. Ormis may have gotten away but since Willus and Mensajero released we accepted that as surrender.

I got a realm point tonight!

A dwarf named Hulk was hanging around our gate earlier. Got Retardape a few times and kept running away. We spread out to look for him, so I was alone and got attacked my a couple of hostile rock midget thingies. Then I see Hulk walking up to me. He watches the fight for a bit and when he thinks I am probably hurting he rushes up to me. I guess he didn't know the rock midgets were green to me and not really a threat. :D So I sick the Boompuppy on him and give him a good BAP! I guess my bap hurt him pretty bad, because he turns and runs. I wanted to chase him, but you can't really chase anyone when you are being attacked, even if you are only being attacked by greens. So I finished off the greens while Boompuppy run off after Hulk. As I kill the greens I see that I got a realm point!!! Then I look over and see Hulk lying there on the ground. :D I think Boompuppy might have finished him off, but its possible that a Hibernian ranger might have popped him.

Later I was hunting Mensajero. She had just killed Wank and Ape and I rushed over. I clicked on her hoping to autofollow, but she was speedrunning before I got close enough. I was on cruise control running towards her, so I was able to click on her, click Boompuppy's "attack" button and mess with my powerbars so I would have my /follow or root spell ready if I got close enough. When she stealthed and started speed running I kept going for a bit, trying to make out the faint blur you see when looking at a stealthed invader. But when i couldn't see her anymore I decided to give up. Then I noticed that Boompuppy was way ahead of me, still running! OMG, Boompuppy was on her tail!!! I thought when I clicked the Boompuppy "attack" button that mensajero was too far away for him to target, but I was wrong. I may not have been able to see Mensajero, but I had no problem seeing Boompuppy!! So I kept up the chase. Mensajero's speed song ran out and I used up all my endurance sprinting. She was maybe 15, 20 yards ahead of me and Boompuppy was halfway in between us! She was close enough for me to target my root spell on her, but I have to stop running to cast it, and it has a 3 second delay. So if I stopped running, that three seconds would be long enough for her to get out of range of the root. If druids could cast root on the move, she would have been toast. TOAST!!! So I kept chasing her, I have no range attacks except the root and poison, and I couldn't stop to cast them. Thats when I got hit by an aggro mob. I had to stop and fight it, you just cant keep running when you are being bapped. And Boompuppy is so loyal he had to come back and help me. Mensajero got another 3 or 4 Hibernians after that before Omen got her. :/

yeah boom, you just found the silly bug that plagues my existance when hunting Middies - mobs (pets) IGNORE stealth. so if you can issue the follow or attack or whatever order while you still see the stealther, the mob will latch on/run to/whatever no matter what the stealther does.

BIG bug. Needs fixed. Don't be afraid to use, hell, they use it on us like mad now.... prolly tell our stealthers they need better TACTICS. *snort*

Anyway, cool stories... can't wait to get back on and do some harrassing. :)

Yeah, I was messaging you like mad Shirk, but you weren't there. :( You left our group because most of it wanted to kill monsters instead of hunting the midtards. But right after you left I figured out that I could do both! I had the group killing monsters in that same area, acting as bait for the midtards. I knew you would love it so I kept hoping you would get back on. :( Oh well, I know it won't be long till we get a bunch of midtard notches on your belt shirk. :)

Babs, that ain't no bug!! Boompuppy got the killer sense of smell! Unless stealth comes with deodorant my Boomypuppy is not gonna have any trouble following that icky midtard stench! Even if it is a bug, I have no problem using it on those midtards. They were waiting till we were in battle with mobs to attack (so we would lose exp) and they were killing our younguns first. I'm sure Ape was gray to them. They didn't get any realm points for him, but they must have killed him 5 or 6 times. Midtards will pay!!!

no worries boom , just that when an opportunity for RvR presents itself i get really excited , and then disappointed if nobody wants to join in ... i got killed as soon as i left the group so i called it a night ... :) ...

Killed us a few Middies today.

Me & Muri killed a red dwarf.. that was cool..

Then we had a few expiditions with the group - killed a few at Ligen (which included Willus!! :owned: ) {Yeah, it took us 3 tries}, then out near Mid outpost in Emain Macha. Where we found the Albionese Army.

Killed that sniper Mornoor (with the help of a rage wolf). :D I had to chase him down after he aggrod the wolf after killing Ibenee and Malk - he almost walked into the Albion force, but made it around, he was SO close to being home free but the wolf and I got him (no time to type to others where I was).

I had to brighten it a bit for you to see, so pardon the quality.

Heh. I tanked an orange Norseman today too!!! :fuct: If you could look back a bit from Con in that pic... you would see my body laying up there too. :cheese: I saw the dwarf go down then a bunch of the Albs rush up the hill. I knew I wouldn't get away, so I just starting hitting the first one I clicked on. Did decent damage to the red. :p Later one came back and danced with my body!:hump:

I finally got to dance on Mensajero's Grave. He was sniping me for two nights. He was the opposite of a goo sportsman. He would kill me ( I must have con'd grey to him) while we were group battling a monster then bugger off. Finally I think it was Brayl or something like that ( a Defender of the Foe) i think killed him while i was bait. Anyway what he would do was snipe me then when everyone was chasing him he would go stealth, then double back and dance on me while I was dead.
