I made this really REALLY long post about my hunting expidition into Midgard... and I had apparently put too many smileys in it.

So when I tried to go back and fix it.... it was gone. :(

So do you guys really wanna hear the details of it?

If so, I will post them.

Short version, I went, I stalked, I killed a bunch, got a few RP, got discovered by a bug that charmed mobs can see thru stealth and got sent home...

Okie, one of my favorite parts. I had been doing some killing, and a party of 4 was looking for me, they (of course :D ) couldn't find me, and I was trying to watch them and lost them. After doing some more hunting, I was getting kinda bored and ready to quit (I was doing all this after midnight my time) when I stumbled upon that group. There was 3 blues (a troll, a norseman, and a kobold) and a grey (dwarf). After watching them for a while, trying to figgure out who was what so I knew who to kill, I figgured the grey dwarf was their healer. So I get in position, take aim.... THWACK, plunk, dead. I run up the hill and stealth, circle around and look..... and they are gone. Moving forward a bit, I see them, on the OPPOSITE hill, obviously looking for me. I also spot the grey dwarf, at near full health. So I start looking for the alternate rezzer, and I guess it's the blue Norseman, pegging him for a Skald. (I later find out that Skalds can't rez, so my assumption was wrong) They start pulling again, and they gave me a GREAT location for sniping them (I had a tree, and the hill as partial cover!) I start to shoot the blue Norseman. 3 shots later, the Norseman is NOT dead, but damned close, and they are running at me... so I turn and haul ass outta there, leading them threw the trees... I stealth, turn the right, and the big monster troll goes WHOOSH! right on by. I circle up the hill, and watch them. They are looking around for me, and I realize, DOH! I forgot to buff myself... or that blue woulda been dead. They eventually gave up, and left. I couldn't find them to correct my mistake.

Another fun thing that took all night was a Red Kobold named Quills who was looking for me, almost all night.... twice, TWICE I spotted him stealthed, and he never spotted me. It was too funny.

Anyway.... the original verion was a lot more detailed, and a lot more inspiring. :) maybe I'll log my next hunting expedition, so we can all enjoy it. :)
