Apologies for Monferne actions in asend.

Seems my bot account was used by someone that had access to it to spam vulgarities in asend. Account was also stripped of its items and cash, and CD's guild vault raided. Passwords have since been changed and Monferne, or what ever other toon was used, is now only available to me.
All my apologies for the issues created, and wanted to inform asend the problem was taken care of.

damn that sucks. this is one of the big reasons I hate all the account sharing/trading etc that is going on.

try to get a CSR to parse through the logs to see if he transfered any items to other characters that may belong to him.

That's why noone knows Boooms password. The only one who knows Sticky's password is Morety, but that's safe because I know his real life big brother and can have him beat up on a moment's notice.

ya, try to get a CSR to check for trades from your bot to another. You won't get anything back but you might learn who did it.

No idea Swifty.
He disappeared from game a year ago, leaving us with access to his account; we started paying for it to surprise him with level; still no news from him; tried emails, old forums he used to post on, everything; no answer.
It's the only thing that truely makes me sad bout the bot stripping. Had to change pass, and if he ever tries to come back, he won't be able to. And i'd love to hear from him. But he left us an account, and last i heard from him was "cya tomorrow". Never did :(

Bleh sorry for taking so long answering; Monferne is someone i've been worried bout for a year :( Hope nothing bad happened, that he just found a way better interest.
