This was by FAR one of the most enjoyable encounters i've had the pleasure of doing. Ranks up there with Typhon.

Fighting 3waves of Statue armies...., then fighting a god like statue in a floating arena....who double hits for 900 and sometimes procs a 400dd lol FUN stuff!

was a long fight, but hella fun!

Darn, wish I could have made it. I'll catch the next raid. Been so busy with guild events I have not had any time to get any of the ML8 steps done.

Hopefully, I can make it the next time you run the bg steps, Lath. Well done!

/em waits for the first ML8 raid to be on a weekend day that is not the 28th of februar and starts anywhere between 10 and 3 pm EST.

didnt had a chance to do anything there yet, but I finished ML4 thx to Aglon.

I understand your pain coplann, I have classes on t/th till 8:30 pm PST and can't play friday nights usually so i've not even gotten to go on a 6 or 7 raid

That was the hardest I have been hit by any mob in all the time I've played daoc. That includes dragon hits. I don't remember the exact number but it was something like 2000 (-30,000). Yes the number in the parenthesis is 30 thousand, not 3 thousand.

Really fun fight. Best part was the waves of soldiers all lined up and stuff.

Booms, I was hit twice for crazy damage the last one was for something like 3509(-44,609)... thats just not right,lol

I've been playing this game for a while now, but I still don't really know how to read those damage indicators.

For example, I always thought 5(-3) meant you did 2 damage, is that wrong?

5(-3) means you hit for 8 damage but 3 points were resisted so you only did 5 damage.

which is good, cause otherwise in rvr my damage of 275 (-240) wouldn't be much at all
