Holy crap...nerf Sorcs damnit

So get this...

Sorcs can kill the snakes in stygia so that they drop a pool of blood, and then charm the baby scorp, wait 20 minutes, and then they have a full grown Colossal pet. Because their charm isn't a pulse, they can just buff the pet up, and solo the fortress of storms. This is the most unreal thing I've ever heard of.

Sometimes, I get the impression that Mythic is run by a bunch of folks who only play alb.

Wow....this will be nerfed once mythic realizes this.

Maybe make the charm drop once the pet morphs or make it so it can't morph once it's charmed.

Or make it attack the sorc once it gets too big. That's a completely unfair advantage. The pulse keeps hibs from being able to do this. I wonder if hunters can do this as well, seeing as they can charm insects without pulses.

LOL Mythic isn't going to let that stay. Sorcs are meant to have level 50 pets, not level colossas.

If they are smart, they will launch a bunch of raids and do every outdoor ML step (they lose the pet if they zone into dungeons). So they could do some of 1, a few steps from 3, most of 4, a couple of 5 and all of ml6 real easy with like 5 charmed colossals.

Boom, how long has TOA been out? Dunno man, a lot of sorcs said they'd quit when they made salamanders uncharmable, because there was an exploit with them soloing things like the Staff of the God encounter and other potentially difficult ML tasks.

You really should've seen my PL session on Lance/Alb with a lvl 50 cleric bot and a lvl 20 sorc. I could pull 30+ oj/yellow mobs with my pet and litterally my pet never reached half life due to the heal procs from the cleric's buffs.

Clerics get a heal proc buff? That's pretty sweet. We don't get nothing like that. Well, if you are a full enchant spec enchanter your pet gets a heal proc.

Enchanters get a proc that is similar to this in the Enchantment line. I can take my 46 EM chanter to CM and solo tons of blues and yellows with the pet, you get your own spec buffs, just get a bard to base buff and run power and you are golden.

Right or wrong, I'd still love to see that Collosal exploit just once.

The salamandars had somewhere near 10k hp or something like that, and fully buffed could kill just about any lvl 70 mob. There was an issue with Sorcs soloing most artifact encounters. How do you think Syth got all the artifacts he has?

Yeah, but I almost solo'd a rank 4 sorc at level 45, bastage got lucky.
