if only there was a way to take a few mid keeps beforehand, and have a group or 2 blocking their fronteir entrances... we were just overwhelmed. was a good time tho... my javelins must have hit like 20 mids before i died.

If they had been 30 secs slower we'd have made it out of the RK with the relic.. Also we had quite a few LD's when the mids arrived, myself included, so that didn't help anything really either.. I had fun though.

The mids and the albs still don't really know what happened, it's funny reading the VN boards. If it wasn't for that uber guard pop when the mids arrived, we'd have gotten the relic away.

It was 150% success! I thought we were gonna stir up troubles and maybe beat on a relic door for a few seconds. We actually grabbed a freakin relic! Hibs = overachievers.

lariac, the only mid that really matters knew what happened as soon as he saw the guard spam on the mid power relic. He's a quick one, I might have to lead more raids now just so I can go up against him more.

Lariac is the primary raid leader of Mid. He's a really good leader and quite sharp, as well as a genuinely nice guy, from all interactions I've had with him.

One time, ages ago, I logged into the Summoner's hall while Lariac was leading 6 groups of Mids on a Summoner raid. After the raid was over, I suicided on some SM in thier midst, which resulted in a "Pox TheSmall" thread on the VN from someone calling me an idiot for perfing someone in the middle of 6 groups...then Lariac chimed in with "that shows class and respect, since he didn't do it WHILE we were on the summoner".
