i think it's because the url of the site and the actual url is different.

we access it by www.legionoflions.com

but the board is actually on jupiter.phpwebhosting.com/~rooster

what i always do to get the cookie to work is...

tools > internet options > privacy > edit

then paste phpwebhosting.com into the space and click "allow". this will override whatever privacy levels you currently use, but only for this site.
