i still can't get anyone to come shoot at me in quakelive. come on.. nothing to install and lots of rocket jumping. no waiting around to get some group together only to find out you don't have enough mages or tanks or dps or something silly like that. :D

yes! quakelive! it performs fine. i always get the capped FPS and my machine/card is a few years old. runs in the browser, so there is only a plugin or something to d/l and it just runs.

i didn't play any of the quakes so i don't know how it compares gamewise. but i'm having fun being twitchy and jumpy.

i do have steam. i avoided it for so long, but then they made portal free and i couldn't resist. see how smart they are? now that i have steam.. i'm kind of tempted to download all kinds of games. see, it's not really "buying" if you don't go to the store and pick up a box. ;)

i've never played TF2, but very very tempted to play with you guys. nobody plays TF right? i don't need to buy the bundle right? are there special mods i need to get? is it just like ET, but cuter?

when you are on your home screen.. with all the servers to pick from.. if you see me on your friends list (bottom right), you can mouse over the little logo next to my name to see where i am playing and what map. click on the play button to follow!
