We need to get together and kill some of the cool booss mobs we've found recently. From what I see on the brokers, they seem to drop some ublar stuff for the level 20ish range. That ought to help us level up a bit faster and get "leet"...

Anyone have any ideas on how to organize this? Feel free to post your thoughts and we'll figure something out.

The hardest part will be getting a full party online at the same time.

We could use more tanks in the legion as well so you guys can do stuff without having to wait for me to log on and tank for you. Not that I mind, I just don't want to hold people up...

I just recently discovered a whole bunch of new BC quests for the chieftain area that I never knew about. Basically they revolve around the whole area where he is and even the chieftain himself.
The quests begin with the Mau you did the quest with before (where you larned to understand Mau). If you don't know who he is still, then he's the Mau emissary standing right outside the Altgard gates that lead to the Moslan forest.

The quest you get from him leads you to Pandemonium ag, then when you finally do the running around for it, you bring it back to e commander and you get a whole series of them. Looks like some good exp and maybe even some nice rewards, even if you're lvl 20 or so. (Even if they're not, the items the chieftain drops seem to be worth it anyhow. Killing all those brutal BC's can't be too terrible of exp either...)

I had a horrible car repair day today. Unfortunately that means I haven't slept for like 36 hours now, so I don't think I'm gonna make it... I'm so incredibly irritated with those mechanics, but what can you do, eh?

Punch them in the face?

I thought of that... really.
The idiots created a bigger problem than the one I brought it in for and then, wouldn't you know, they couldn't get the part from a dealer that they needed to fix it with by the time they decided to tell me about it.
They finally figured out a temporary fix to hold me through the weekend until they could get the part after I showed up and screamed at them for a while. Of course I had to pay for that repair too. That is, until my rather angry call to their corporate number that I plan to make Monday morning.

Does that mean the angry call went well and they are buying you a new vehicle?

Actually.... no. The Regional Manager apparently called the mechanic first and basically just repeated the same BS again over and over. He didn't think that the three other mechanics I spoke with about it were credible enough and told me I should speak to a dealer instead.

So I go to the dealer and find out they think these guys are crazy too. They actually laughed when I explained the situation to them and told me those guys must be idiots.
I also found out that the part they quoted me at $150 and also said was on back order is only $27 and some change after tax and they put one on the counter right in front of me. Apparently the part was so back ordered that it took them a whole 60 seconds to produce. This was also the closest dealer location to the shop, so they must have called Korea for it or something I guess. I suppose that would explain the $120+ in apparent shipping costs?

Looks like I have to make another corporate call and talk to the regional manager's boss. Now they not only screwed up my vehicle, they tried to rip me off a second time.

Someone needs to lose their job over this. Normally I wouldn't say that, especially in these tough economic times, but if they've tried this with me, they've likely done it to countless others as well. The way I see it, it stops them from hurting way more people than someone getting fired would hurt.

Oh yeah... I forgot to add that one of the guys at the dealer actually used to work for them and said this stuff happens there all the time... NOW he tells me.

oh wow.. that freaking sucks!
Yaa, if that kinda thing is happening at that place ALL the time something definitely needs to happen.
