My most sincere apologies to you all for my extended and sudden disappearance, but unfortunately I have had some extenuating circumstances that have caused me to become such a distant (yet pleasant) memory in DAOC.

Today is my first time back online in a couple months. We moved just before the end of August and a few days ago we finally got our new phone line installed. To make things even more complicated, I began a new job just before that and since then have been working up to 90+ hours per week and just haven't had much time to get back online, much less back onto DAOC. I don't need to point out how time consuming DAOC can be to any of you I'm sure... :)

I've missed hanging out with you all more than I can describe, but I have literally just been so disconnected the last couple months taking care of things here in the real world I just honestly haven't had the time to so much as get online and tell you guys what's been going on and why I haven't been around.

I'm going to see if I can get back onto DAOC soon so I see you guys (and gals and those of you who are guys PLAYING gals). I've been in some serious withdrawal for some good old Alb bashings and just plain hanging out with such great friends as I've had in LoL. With any luck I'll be able to get my account in order within the next week or so and pop online to get you all killed in some hairbrained scheme again... Wait... did I say get you killed? I meant to say "Have a lot of fun and get great exp"... Sorry, musta been a typo... :hump:

I'll be doing my best to keep checking back here so I can see what you all have been up to lately.

It's good to be back at the 'ol keyboard again... :cheese: With any luck I'll even be seeing you soon!

OMG...I was afraid Kegg fell asleep during a Fin Tree group and fell out of his chair and was, like, paralyzed or something. Good to hear from you, man!! We've missed you for sure. The only good thing that came from your absence is I actually was able to beat you to 50. ;) I hope you do make it back. The more the merrier.

BTW: Could someone give me a bit of a rundown on all the things that I missed while I was gone? I saw there were a lot of changes including a bunch of new blood, a new alliance and a lot of things added to the game. I'm trying to sort through them all so I'm not a total newb when I finally get back on, but there's a lot to sort through. If someone could give me a bit of a condensed version of what I missed I'd greatly appreciate it.

Well, spellcrafting is on this tuesday, so once some people level up in spellcrafting you can have uberarmor made to order.

You know about darkness falls I believe...

We got sick of the bitching/complaining/flaming in the old HG alliance, so we went with Fallen Angels and alliance has been great.

We took in 4 guys from the Bad Mojo guild, and they're lotsa fun. Macswaeney, Ilgormiir, Elvtin and Maeson.

We haven't seen Pugsley since forever :(

Dilaree who was our leading nightshade way back, has restarted (a new character) again recently.

We're having fun. We still take Hurbury on occasion. Mid's got all the relics now so we're gonna start harrassing them instead of the albolognians.

New dungeon, Marfach, where you enter in any frontier at any time and can have some rvr is pretty cool with random drop stuff. I don't go in there myself much.
