Dual box network setup help needed please!

Now that I am MMORPG addict I want to be a 1337 dual boxxer! Please help if you know how to set something like this up...

Easy stuff.

Don't even need to buy a router. (As long as you have a good DSL modem).

Just need 2 PC's.. a NIC in each and an Ethernet based DSL modem.
