Our characters on Shadowblade are starting to ding level 60, and preparing for a ramp up to level 80. Most of our players are people from old Pellinor, although a few of us have brought family/friends along as well. I wish the Lions were on this server, but I completely understand the hesitation to deal with a PvP setup. The good news is that there is a large aura of respect that makes me nostalgic for the original daoc, and that griefers are rare... Especially when your guildmates are the max level. Rest assured that although we haven't labeled the guild as "Legion of Lions" (none of us are original lions so we thought it'd be insulting), I do tell people about this forum and make sure that our conduct is something of substance.

We have become fairly certain that this is the game to be in for the next few years. There are bugs of course and a few balance issues, but the game itself is rock solid and the graphics can't be beat. We'll be staying put.

Without trying to detract from your gaming experience on your server of choice, we're looking for one more regular player. Our group is perfect, but we're a man short. If you're interested in playing a hybrid healer/dps type, we need a bear shaman or tempest of set to complete the group. Please let me know if you're interested. We'll take turns powerleveling you up quickly, so that we may begin to wreak havoc on those who draw first blood (and only those who draw first blood).

Your lack of griefers is probably helped by your implied regular leveling group. Out of curiosity, have you soloed much?

Aye. We have all soloed quite a bit. It does help to always have friends in neighboring zones, I'm sure. Still, you rarely see someone crying in general chat about spawn camp. This isn't WoW.

this is a pvp server right? I plan on rolling on a pvp server at some point and might start casually leveling up a toon or two on one. Is it pretty fun?

We're having a great time. We're happy to have you, if you choose to roll on a pvp server.

We start to get on around 3-5pm PST, and usually have most players on until 1 or 2am PST. There are always exceptions, of course. A lot of people are taking a break from work and other obligations to be able to play more while the game is fresh.

I made a Bear Shaman on Shadowblade just look for Daragyn.

Who should I look for online so we can try and work it both ways for an invite?

Look for Illunis.

After all the storms this weekend I lost cable again and it was not back on this morning. I am desperately hoping it is back on by the time I get done with work in a few hours. If not that's why I'm not there and will have to scrounge up some single player game in the mean time. ><
