I believe this is your issue... I had it also....

ATI9800, x800 and x850 series Issues

The above mentioned graphic cards only support Shader Model 2.0 and systems running the game on these cards with default settings might experience symptoms like flickering black screen and shaky rendering.

This issue can be fixed like this:

1) Start the game. When you hear the music starting, a prefs file has been written and you can edit it (in Notepad for example).

2) To find this, you must go to control panel->folder options->view->turn on see hidden files and folders.

3) It is found at the following location on your PC
VISTA: C:\Users\[user name]\AppData\Local\Funcom\Conan\Prefs\prefs_2.xml
XP: c:\documents and settings\[user name]\Local Settings\Application Data\Funcom\Prefs\prefs_2.xml

4) Edit the line called < Value name="RenderSetting_ShaderModel" value="1" />

5) It should read < Value name="RenderSetting_ShaderModel" value="0" />

(NOTE: NO spaces between "<" and "Value" )

6) Issue should be fixed then.

Yeah... any level can invite with permissions and being "in" the guild.

You can actually break out different chat windows so that only tells will be in there.

I have a combat window, general window, and guild window

I have my tells show up in the general window because I turn off OOC unless I want to ask a question.

Bedpost, the problem is that the extra tabs don't really work in my experience. the one for tells will get one tell and then stop working, and my tab with group and guild will forget one of them.

You won't see LoL on there because we're not set as 'recruiting'. There's no easy way to find people in the guild that I know of.

I don't even know of a /who command, just that you can /tell [name] and see if it goes through our not.

I'm on at about 10pm est most nights through midnight, are you on at that time? If not I can put a guild message up and ask everyone who's online to spam you an invite until you get in. You have to be online when invited, they can buffer messages, but not invites.
