single player quests

So I think I was doing the final parts of the single player quests last night, and I died so many times it wasn't funny. I was 19, and they sent 3 17s at me, which I killed. Then I can't leave the building and one or two 19s come in. I was able to take out a couple but then I'm out of health and stamina. After a few tries (and it seemed that going back after dying screwed up the cutscene, causing me to have to restart the game and die again) I just gave up and decided to try again when i'm higher level.

What's wierd is I keep dying right at the same second I kill a mob or the boss and I have to do it all over again. That's for the night time instances. It's kind of funny too because we both fall over dead at the same time.

Could be like my quest where they guy just does not finish talking to me . Been waitnig for the gms to bump me to the next step .

the End Battle quest, where there is like 20 mobs fighting npcs and you have to go kill a priest...that quest sucks.

lol thats not the end. You kill the priest, then a couple of others, then you have to kill the last guy on a boat. Hes a level 20 boss. Not a bad fight he comes alone. I made it through him my first try. I am off noob island, but if healing is needed i can port back. I have no idea how we find each other outside of the noob area though.

I have wondered this myself since the races get sent to there homelands

Crap, that means I'll be in Stygia. :omg: I thought we would all go to a common area after Tortage to start off in.

don't worry, guys. The area outside the homelands is interconnected, and all you have to do is talk to an NPC to get to the other zone-instantly. I went to Khemi, and then wandered through aquilonia and cimmeria, before I turned around and went back to khemi to do the quests I got there. I still have a bunch of cimmerian quests to do. I think the game basically wants you to make laps through the 3 homelands delivering things and doing quests and then turning around and sweeping through again.

From what I hear, you'll need to do two of the three area's quests to level out of them. One won't be enough unless you're grind-happy.
