how do i actually get them?. is the a command in game?

from what i hear the command is /claim. However, u need your retail key to actually get the item

i have my retail key and put it into the funcom site...maybe when the servers come back online

I put in my retail key last night and have been trying since then. Doesn't seem to work yet.
