I already got my game shipped from them...anyone else get it yet? This was strange. I thought the game wouldnt even ship until the 20th. I looked on the UPS tracking and it is local and out for delivery, so i should get it in next few hours.

I ordered from Gamestop which is the same as ebgames and I couldn't get to the order status/history page last night. It appeared to be down or overloaded.

"eBgames"

Duh, I should have read the title, lol.

actually..it was Gamestop i bought from...but my order shipped last night. I will let you know if i actually get the game today, it says it is out for delivery.

I just looked at my email and it shows it's out for delivery today also via UPS. I hope I get home before they try to deliver it, they never leave anything at the door for me like fedex does.

I got an email today also... it's being shipped 3-day Select... so I presume I'll still get it on Tuesday...

LOL! I am so glad I went through all that downloading, I got my copy of the game today at 10AM :curses:

Mine is delivered now and my wife is home, so I should be in good shape. Now I'm wondering if I should reinstall from the DVDs or is it the same as the download?

i think the doanload is better than the dvd...it is probably more current...

Probably the same... acutally... with the updates already installed... the DL'ed version might be closer to launch...

They probably had to go Gold at least 3-4 weeks ago... and that is when they ship the "Burnable" data onto a disk...

I would say you don't even have to open the box except to get your key to activate your account

Yep, you'll just need the cd for account activation within, I believe, a week after launch date on the 20th.
