Well guys, time is ticking:sigh: I'm out of here in about two weeks, but i would like to thank those (lions) who have been here for me, and to truly make lotro an awesome experience for me. I'll be gone for about 6 months, but their are some things that i will never forget, and will always put a smile on my face :cheese: so here goes.....
I remember asking kitty how she can play these stupid mmorpgs....
I remember my eyes bleeding from playing 20 hrs straight...
I remember asking "what the hell is an aggro shout?"
I remember leaving annwyl to die MANY TIMES....
I remember watching kitty & nim through a crack in a tent as they killed 30 mobs in dol dinen for me....
I remember my first crit as a gm jeweller, i misspelled the ring for mallory....
I remember alaena & nimawey helping me get my first horse....
I remember me and wodenn discovering that there were more than 1 page on the auction house...we were both 50's....
I remember telling everyone that lima was a guy, but no one believed me....
I remember my first teal item i got was high-protector shoulder guards, i was lvl 47....
I remember forcing mallory to make me armour cause i kept wearing med or light armour as a guard....
I remember my first ore node i mined for crafting, i was 37....
I remember getting beat by kitty's manbeech (pet) in a spar....
I remember touching the green water many times in cd, whether it be me getting booted or being curious....
I remember thinking traits meant nothing, i was lvl 46....
I remember beating cryon (oov's top guard) in a spar when he had over 1k morale than me...
I remember and loved seeing other guards in kin maintank....
I remember sobeit being quiet and shy when mallory introduced us....
I remember cainman and caerylwyn in their low teens as wodenn killed everything in the shire for us....
I remember hearing "OMG a warg just bit my ass!" as i had df'd from a spar in the moors, a warg finished her off...
I remember seeing and being proud to have sporto right next to me in the front lines in pvp...
I remember hearing kitty say "and watch out for the lava!" as she fell in 2 seconds later in the rift...
I remember how nervous i was the first time i maintanked in the rift...
I remember finally getting my critted shield, took mallory 7 tries...
I remember noveah saying how her fingers were bleeding from chain healing me...
I remember wondering why my first toon's name got nerfed (a capt named pileofshat)...
I remember wondering the same thing about the name professorchaos...
I remember staring at the balrog and having 10 other people telling me i'm supposed to tank him...
I remember how much i hated evindim cause of swimming...oh wait, i still do....
I remember lions downing thrang, woot!!!....
I remember seeing nanuq and pure roll the worst i have ever seen....
I remember hearing "your brother is cool, but that nanuq guy is an asshole"....
I remember "retake weathertop" that was the first time i saw a troll and was thinking how impossible this quest is...
I remember watching polarbeer kill everything in "retake weathertop" as cainman and anndora could'nt loot bodies fast enough...
I remember farming 44 turtle claws once, no lie....
I remember wodenn set up a raid for goblin town, i aggro'd everything and watched bactatank die in .3 seconds from one heal....
I remember watching kaol on how to tank, i learned a helluva alot from him...
I remember the first time i used heart-seeker, nim watched me use it on a shrew in the shire...
But most importantly, i will always remember the great times and friends i have in lotro.
Legion of Lions has been a game changing event for me, thank you to all those who have made it happen, and remember to look out for each other;)
