Page and Book Holders

I would like to have one person be a page and book holder for each class. This person will be responsible to hold pages and books for that class (at least 2 copies of each page and book, extras that you receive can be sold to cover postage fees and your trouble).

This person must make and alt, join the kin, and add a player note that indicates which class they will hold pages / books for.

Please indicate if you are interested, which class you can be a holder for, and the name of the alt that will be the holder.

The purpose of this is to not clutter the kin chest :)

and free up kitten! WOO HOO i can hold capt, minstrel, burg on kitten, that only leaves 4 more :) shes not currently being played, and if i free up space, i can leave my house chests open for crafting items to help free up kin chest too :)

I will be the holder for Loremasters

The toon that will be the hold is Freckle (she is a lowbie Mini)
Check the player notes if that confuses you.

Send all LM books and pages her way for storage rather than putting them in the kin chest.

i'll do the burg one on pokeya, my lowbie burg. I also think it would be a good idea to have the "class" holder not only hold pages but also class quest stuff. that way if kitty wants it can free her up of 3685 grisly bat talons :cheese:

ok sporto, let me know which toon, champs stuff inc. as for class stuff, so many different classes use the same items, i dont mind holding them unless we have one alt dedicated to just that :)

so uh.... who holds what?
Muleme (sobeit) = guard
Pokeya (chaos) = burg
Freckle (nanuq) = lm
but i don't know who holds hunter, champ, mini, and capt pages :( i know jericho has a champ and was looking for pages for him, but i did'nt know who to go to. I also think listing it in your page holder's player note will help also :)
ps- nanuq you boob, check freckle once in awhile for pages, mine got sent back :P :laugh:
pss- since i'll be gone for awhile might be wise for someone to pick up the burg page's (looks at mallory cause i know she reads the forums now) mwahaha!

And Sobeit hasn't been on so long that pages came back to me so who is holding Guardian stuff???

Not that I need either personally but I do send pages to both from time to time and we do have people coming up who will need what is being held.

Pages are becoming more of a pain than they are worth. Anyone leveling up a toon can easily pick up all the pages they need for a few hundred silver at most. All you need to do it watch the AH from time to time. A lot of pages sell for vendor value (yea, there a couple exceptions).

I personaly think page holding needs to go away. If someone is actually needing a page, they just need to post in this thread and I am sure everyone will keep an eye out for it. It is so seldom that someone actually needs a page nowadays.

Sorry... I have trouble reading the smaller fonts... I use 2 pair of glasses stacked when on the puter, One to see normally and one to see the details and I take them both off when I need to read anything... happens when you get old. I will make sure I don't 'yell' anymore.

I am blind as a bat as well... i actually am blind, so I have setting turned up. When i come to your posts it just looks so different that it stands out like a sore thumb, lol.

Maybe just hold the books and not the pages? They seem to be the most expensive on the AH.
