Ugh. Since last July when I got a Helio Ocean, I've been flying high. Not only was the phone awesome, but customer service was incredible. Even now that they're growing at a fast rate I can get access to a HUMAN BEING in under 60 seconds. I make two choices from a menu, and somebody answers immediately.
Today I called to upgrade my plan because my mother has decided to start calling during the daytime regularly. Well, the service rep wasn't from Virginia or Utah anymore. They were from............. drumroll.......... India. First guy disconnected me while I was on hold randomly, and the second one took 20 minutes to figure out what I wanted to do without charging me "$91.50 for overages". Overages to upgrade my plan? No no lady, I don't want to use a thousand minutes, I want my plan to upgrade to a thousand minutes. Bleh.
It's still better than Sprint.
