* kin raid only *Since this is a sticky, im editing the loot rules. They are now kinwide raid rules. One teal item/gem per raid lock! some execptions happen, but dont win a gem or teal and think your getting anything else :) be happy to win anything, be happier to see a kinmate get something, have fun!
*other kin raid info*
http://lordsoferiador.guildlaunch.com you must register and sign up for raids, but you will have your spot reserved. You have to check your email to confirm, then apply for kinship..the launch code is Mein :)
Please go to the raids prepared: hope tokens, heal/pow pots, fully repaired, cure pots, correct weapon damages in your bags etc.
When raiding with other kins (not only loe), please have some curtesy. Remember that your kin tag reflects on us all (i know pot calling the kettle black) however, there are a few things i would like you to keep in mind:
1. If you cannot stay for the whole raid, say so at the beginning of the raid. ex. you need to log by 10 est, can only be on for 2 hours.
2. If you win an item, do not bail the raid to do something else. ex. win the gloves then go craft/quest/pvp.
3. If the raid continually fails at a boss, it is ok to leave, but give warning. ex. I will give this one more try.
Good luck, good loots :)

Congratz to Alaena and Noveah on wins! as you can see, i gave everyone one free reroll for the 1/11 raid, and i will also if we go again this lock, as i did not have these rules posted...next lock, half roll rules apply :) Everyone did a fantastic job! Great playing, great attitude :) Heh, sorry if i sounded bossy, but i wanted to make myself clear..thank you Dangar, Nanuq, Wodenn, PC, Dewyna and Alaena for all your great advice (having so many veterans was wonderful)..thank you all for your great input! I feel like i will not make the same lead mistakes again <3 i saw a few problems, mostly roles and ae's, so to recap for fights:
Regular fights:
Main tank: do not assist until raid leader says its ok (everyone will learn when its ok in time) ;)
Off tank: assist target
Secondary assist: targets mobs on healers, assist to peel (main and off tank stay on target)
Mezz assist: do not assist until raid leader says its ok (see above..blah blah you will learn with experience <3)
Boss fight adds (same rules apply above when all are on a boss):
Main tank: stays on boss
Off tank: takes the role of main tank on adds
Secondary assist:takes the role of off tank on adds
Mezz assist: same for everything..leave the mezzed mobs alone!
AE/AOE attacks: wait for raid leader ok (another learn in time thing) as some of our mezzes were broken by untimely ae's <3
thank you all again for the great run! it was a learning experiance for sure, we have a killer group of capable fun players, it was a pleasure :cheese:

Just wanted to throw my two cents in...Everyone did a fantastic job in the rift, it is confusing your first few times in there, but i noticed as soon as barz fell our confidence was up and we were blazing through. Vets did a good job with advice and thorough explanation which helped quite a bit, great job on being aware and on your toes to everyone....was surprised we beat down the slave-master with the buff with both mini's down. Sten, u are the man, don't think anyone has ever heard of a lvl 43 mini holding down the heals in the rift, it was really quite amazing to see. grats on those pretty booties noveah and alaena (quite over due for ya brother), looking forward to the next time we pwn the rift!

Good ole Sobeit just loves the sight of a short & stocky hairy dwarf running around in his birthday suit. Ask him about our days playing Dungeons and Dragons Online where you literally could strip your character down to the skivvies. :rcarry:
