I'd have said something in game last night, but my connection was extremely crappy then I lost my internet altogether.

There's only room on each map for X number of sprays. So if, say, 8 people have put up sprays the map's reached its limit and won't let any more sprays go up.

I noticed that before, that I couldn't put up my ball-licking-lion. But I got on the next map and sprayed it right away.
