MM Trolls group

Ok, so who would like to start a group to kill Trolls in Misty Mountains. This is for traits, and cannot be soloed.

I'm thinking going out on Thursday nights for an hour or two.

I can get on Thursday around 9pm est for approx 2 hours to help out. What trait(s) are tied to the Trolls?

That's the plan. The only thing "the hunter who shall not be named" ever told me that was useful, was how important (although boring) it is to max your traits.

So once we burn through the Trolls, we can do snow beasts or worms in MM, or wargs, worms, angmarin in Angmar. etc... lot's of choices depending on your traits...

You can definitely count Noveah and Frothy in. I know Nanuq emphasized level 50 kin members needing to grind these traits to enhance performance for Rift.

I tried soloing trolls for this trait a while back, but wow.. that takes a long time :) I killed 20 or so solo, then got in a a full group and killed the rest in an hour or so (and half the time people were going afk or barely playing)

I like the drinking while grinding traits idea, lol

Thanks for all that participated last night. It was a slog, but everyone completed their MM Troll trait. And Stenric got a Beryl Shard for his troubles.

Some good drops last night, and good practice working on conjunctions.

What level do you have to be to tag along? I know... I know... probably at least in the upper 40's... sigh... by the time I get my toons there none of you will want to go out again.:bang:

there are traits at all levels! some tho, i have noticed you have to be a certain level to get credit for :)

Traits are not level specific, the mobs are but that's another issue. Check this link for more on traits:

thats not true! att has yet to get any traits from the bree rep dungeon, i think there is a lvl diff between player and mob :)

Are there Traits in the bree rep dungeon? I thought the only dungeon with Traits was Sarnur?

If not, I stand corrected....

Ok, I'm corrected. Just checked the Lorebook, and there are Traits/Deeds in the Bree rep dungeon and they are level specific.

I think one of the Bree Rep Dungeon slayers is called Nemesis of the Fallen. So I assume there are some deeds just like in Sarnur that grant virtues, titles and reputation with Bree.

Yeah, I think the only Traits that get updated are Zeal and Merciful. Not traits I'm running...
