Go to the "communities" tab, and search for Legion of Lions.

Then right click on our names and "add to friends". Then you'll be able to see what servers we're playing on.

I finally got on and played last night, but I was such a n00b. Harm was talking to me and it took me half an hour to figure out how to even respond. Then, I was afraid to respond, because I thought the enema might be able to hear, too, since it didn't say "Team Voice" but just "Voice".

So, I guess what I'm saying is that I need y'all to point me to the TF2 noobie guide thread or some other resource, so I can get up to speed. I also need a quick tutorial on how to bind "I am the apple and the potato" to some random key. I may not be original, but I know funny!

Regardless of how little I knew about the game last night, I had a lot of run. I can tell I will be playing this one a lot.

That's normal. When you start out you don't even know how you're doing because it's all just flashing colors. Then, you figure out how the game works--but can't figure out how to work the game and you feel like you are worse. Finally you play spy for so long that you can't even remember what color team you are on and just start stabbing everybody.

Spyder's funny. The bastard was playing a medic the other night and running around hacking people with his hacksaw. I was out of rockets and he came up and hacked me into little bits before I could reload. Made me laugh and type a "fu spyder" ;)

you enter that at the console , turn the console on somewhere under advanced control options , same place you turn on instant weapon switching ... access the console with the tilde ~ just like other games ...

Wes has most of our names on the reserve list. He has to manually enter our steam id's in order to have us on there. Mine was incorrectly input but he's already fixed it.

The MyUnreal server shows a 24 player cap. If you're on the reserve list you can join the game anyways, putting the server above the 24 player limit. It'll go up to 32 players total. In order to join you have to use the "connect" command from the console.

To activate your console, go to the options/advanced and activate the "developer console". Once you do this, you just have to push your ~ key and it'll come up. Then copy/paste this line into the input area:

connect wes2800.myunreal.com:28015

Wish you guys lived somewhere closer to the US. Most of the time when I check what servers you're on, I get pings of 200+.

I tried the command last night. I did not work (I used the wess2800 line). Then, I went to Steam/Friends, found Harm I think and joined the game :)

The game tried to connect to the server, but failed out after 4 tries. I did this twice, same results.

That happened to me too Muadi. I think he's got your steam id incorrectly input. Go post a note on the thread I sent you and he'll fix it up.

When you try to join MyU and it is full, it will tell you the IP. Copy it, open the console, type "connect" with a space at the end, then ctrl-v the addy.

Morety, I saw they have me entered as LoLJammer. After everybody pitched a hissy fit, I changed my Steam ID to ]LoL[Jammer to include the proper taggage. Any way you can get him to update me accordingly.

I think I may have changed my Steam ID, but I'm not sure. I definitely changed something from LoLJammer to ]LoL[Jammer and I'm pretty sure it was the screen that said "Edit Steam ID".

I'm getting pretty old and senile, though, so I could be wrong.

welp im out until i get a new video card , i have taken everyones advice including straight from ATI and the only thing left that it can be is hardware failure , i dont understand why they cant definitively say that tho , or why there isnt some diagnostic tool i can run to check the hardware on my card , or temperature , or fan speed ...
