OMG yes! PBT is now a chant, ah yeah twisting baby :) And maybe the adjustment to see hidden so that you dont immediately pop into view will give me more incentive to play my twink archer ;p

the new ICONS are freaking me out;) I feel like I'm lost right now. I didn't expect such a radical departure in the looks department. It's funny cause I always played them by position, now they all look different and I'm thinking what is that in position number 2? Oh yes, group heal for wardens to Mobace;) and less cost for healing.

yeah, mine too.

I have my new self buff placed as the first icon on my spell list. It shifted everything around on my quickbar, and now it needs re-arranging :/

There seems to be a lot of cool stuff in this patch, but does Mythic have a suck-ass develpment/quality control process or what?

Exhibit A (from just a little playing time last night):

- Combo Gumby/Mr. Bill/4-year old stick man drawing for rez sick icon
- All my quickybars fragged
- My sporty new ground affect AoE spell drops a friggin bag. wtf?
- All the new style icons are sooooo different in general style from the other icons that they are actually annoying and offensive

But, I do like a lot of the changes. Group heal for Jammre is sweet. Not to mention Gondo's debuffs being insta's now.

Looks like they gave Mentalists some stealth luvin. In addition to Ments getting the healing spell luvin (less power cost for spec heals + increased range), the DoT luvin (DoTs affected by int buffs + range increased to 1500 same as DD) they also gave us some unannounced charm luvin. Pets no longer break run speed buff when they resist one pulse (only if they resist two pulses in a row and start attacking you). Which also means that caster pets won't stop to rebuff you and themselves everytime they resist a pulse. I can actually take pets out to the frontier in a group and not feel guilty because they have to stop and wait for me everytime my pet resists a pulse. :D

Would have liked to have seen some more changes to our spell lines, but I'm happy with my Menty the way he is anyways :P

Oh yeah, Gondo, all ground target spells do that, the warden Thornweed spell, etc... I think it's just the fact that the spell needs to target *something*. But still, you'd think they could've made an invisible object or something *other* than a loot bag.

My quickybars weren't affected, hehe.

After the initial "who the hell spilled paint all over my quickybar" shock wore off, I started to really dig the new icons. I'm starting to get used to the look of them and figuring out which icon is which style without having to delve. Although they did make some other changes which are really annoying. They changed the style animation for my taunt style to something else, so the visual cue there for which style I'm actually performing is all messed up now. Plus they changed the color of the style effect for different styles. I;m not sure if they changed them for different specs (pierce vs. celtic dual) or if it's for levels in a chain or what, but I noticed some of my styles are green and some others are blue.

they re-broke my healer pets buffs :p its back to the annoying green poison thing with the cracked out snake hissing sound effect

phantos from what i've read the DOT's aren't that much better and now the charms are totally hosed.. too much mana useage to be used

Actually, my DoTs are doing slightly more damage now than they were before, and I haven't tested them with an int buff yet. There's a little variance, but on the whole they seem to be hitting harder.

Charm is fine. I tested all 4 charm spells and I can hold anything that I can charm indefinitely with each one. There were some problems with charm initally on the RP servers it looked like, but as far as I know that's all fixed now.

Charm was broken on Pendragon right up until the patch went live, but it seems fine now.
