Bacon Wrapped Water Chestnuts

Just made these today for a holiday party. Yummie gooey meaty.

You take strips of bakon and wrap them around water chestnuts, then you bake them in a sauce of chili and brown sugar.

One of those cook off shows for head chef or something, one of the chefs said "If I mess something up, I add bacon. Bacon makes everything better" Oh how true!
