1 brookbank ( i think) whenever i get to it, blue room will be kin's for looting, as is, its all in the bedroom (future crafting and personal toon use), heal pots and single use rec's ive been sticking in nanuq's house, remember, take as need, not for greed (ie the whole stack) :)

Just a heads up. When we decided to start buying houses in Whinshot there was 9 small, 8 deluxes, and 4 kin houses.

It is now down to 3 small, 6 deluxes and 4 kin houses. They are going fast, so be sure not to wait if you plan on joining the kin's neighborhood.

I didn't know about auctions or crafting until a few days ago so haven't made my first gold yet. Like I said, 'Clueless'.

Any suggestions? I was thinking the homes up in Duilund looked really pretty.

The kin has been buying up houses in the Whinshot neighborhood (Hobbit area). The kin owns probably 2/3 of the houses in that neighborhood and will be buying a kin house there the second we hit kin lifespan 7 (which is required to be able to buy a kin house).

Here's something I recommend we do..
People are constantly asking where "So-and-so" lives, or where the Kinhall is. I found a map (Interactive, hover your mouse over the letter icon for addy) that will hopefully provide a useful tool is locating your kinmate's house. What I hope to do is create a coalative list and association in visual format of the Lions housing (Shire only for now).
