There's no apparent title for this, but I've heard folks on the forums refer to this as a 'Legendary Master.'

Note: Thick woven boots and gloves do give gains in leatherworking. Not sure about the sleeves, as I have not used cloth for skill gain until now (and haven't made it to the level that I need to make the sleeves yet). My guess is they won't give leather gains as there is no leather in the recipe, but it will still be cheaper to use them than the Tempered Cruaigh Jerkin [leather 3] at 132g 96s 96s to make (skill req: 1075). Raising material skills with armourcrafting is so cheap the added cost is negligible.

In general I think make the cheapest thing in your colour range.

I personally aim for low orange, but will make high orange, yellow and even blue if there is nothing cheap in range.

Before 1000 I had a standard pattern for each tier, and I am sure most tailors use something similar.

Brea Gloves x15 [leather 1]
Constaic Gloves x35 [leather 2]
Brea Boots x45
Constaic Boots x65
Brea Sleeves x80

If my gains were looking fine I would skip constaic gloves and go straight to brea boots as they are cheaper to make.
