Call tech support... they can tell you to do strange and wonderful things that don't help, like powercycle your modem and reboot your computer...

After spending about an hour talking with the n00b tech support guy who really has no power and no knowledge there's a 15% chance that he'll transfer you to an asshole tech support guy that actually has the ability to help if he decides to actually try, which is even less likely.

Actualy I've gotten through to the 2nd level guys quite a few times, but they weren't able to do anything.

I have reason to believe now that it's my router (Netgear RT314) thats the issue because when I am not using it whichever box is plugged in works fine. But I don't really understand what could be wrong with the router so I'm going to call Netgear to talk to them.
