Ugly story about a couple Americans in Iraq that were picked up in a military raid and held for weeks in detainment with no rights.

Is the complaint that we should be better practiced in the art of occupying other countries?

Maybe they should give the MPs "Sorry for the inconvinience, I'm new at this" buttons :)
