SCOTUS does Bong hits 4 Jesus

This is too funny. The supreme court is hearing this case where a HS suspended a student for promoting illegal substances at a school sanctioned event when he put up a banner that read "Bong Hits 4 Jesus" at the 2002 Olympic torch parade.

Ok and it get even better:

Ken Starr (of Clinton BJ fame) is arguing the case for the school.
