This alone makes me more interested. Stealth/invis is stupid in my opinion in the MMORPGs I've played

Q: Why are there no Stealth classes in Warhammer?

In the Warhammer universe, or rather within the table top version of the game as it has more influence on the design than the RPG books, the armies that have special units that one would refer to as stealth, is limited to 3 armies.
They are-
Skaven
Dark Elves
Wood Elves
They are the only armies who have units that are stealth oriented.
Dark Elves and Skaven have assassins, for is their army theme that they are double-crossing individuals and not to be trusted. The Wood Elves are sneaky in that they are limited being able to hide well in forest terrain.
Games Workshop would never allow for High Elf or Dwarf to have stealth units since it’s not in the nature of their armies to hide. The Empire would be the next possible option, but again it falls in that theme of army, they may not try to hide while fighting the force of Chaos. While it possible that The Empire may have them it does go against conventional Games Workshop intellectual property.
Again this game while it has been developed by Mythic, they have to pass all of the character design and world design through GW, and should GW find not to be in the theme of their game they will say no.

I saw there would be no stealth in the interview with the head designer. He's quite the character, very English accent and an obvious Monty Python fan.

The thing I found interesting was that beside the race "Dark Elves" it said "Mark will be playing these". Since the Pres of Mythic will be playing Dark Elves... they're likely to be the OP race to start ;)

I won't be playing the game now, all I wanted to do was stealth around and gank level 1 newbies. All the fun has been completely drained from the game for me.

I don't know about the no level thing. SOE tried that with SWG and abandoned it after 2 years or so of class balance nightmares.

Saying that there is no levels is not really true. Just all depends on what you use to get your guy to be better at something. So it's just not called levels even though it's still the same thing really.

They say no levels but then say levels matter. Therefore a hybrid level will exist...

Of more interest:

Order includes Empire, Dwarves and High elves. Destruction is Chaos, Dark Elves and Greenskins.

Order can group with Order, Destruction with Destruction.

"RvR combat takes place on three fronts where ancient foes wage an unending war – Dwarfs vs. Greenskins, High Elf vs. Dark Elf, and Empire vs. Chaos. Players begin the game fighting their ancestral enemy, but are free to journey to other fronts to help their allies in their ongoing struggles."

It looks like all species of a given alliance can eventually group / RvR together once they have enough "experience". This may allow some spreading out of guilds but I suspect will slow initial advancement until the required levels for cross-grouping are met.
