Girl at work with whom I shared this blog made up one of the recipes for a coworkers birthday Monday.

Oh Em Gee!

Pumpkin Spice Cupcakes filled with Ginger Cream and topped with Chocolate Ganache (think truffle filling, if you aren't familiar).

They were amazing.
