HUD imposter gives speech on Katrina

A protester trying to draw attention to HUD's policies in post-Katrina New Orleans mangaged to give an official-sounding speech at a public event where he was pretending to be a HUD department spokesman.

He got up to speak after the Gov and the Mayor.

Ali pointed out that this guy is from a group called the "The Yes Men" and they pull these stunts concerning lots of issues where they essentially act as a fake spokesman for a corporation or govt.
