My long lost twin...at last I have found you! I get that same 'rough-neck' paper doll for all character types I play on my laptop only. I call him Harvey the Rough Neck Paper Doll.

After months of testing by a certified ISO9000 gov't engineering QA agency armed with six SIGMA precision we have concluded it is one of the following:
