Got this from spyboy on ign:

1/2 lb clams

1 lb tiger shrimp

1 2lb dungeness crab boiled (10 minutes) and shelled

10 cloves garlic crushed

4 shallots crushed

6 oz champagne

4 oz marinara sauce

4 oz chicken broth

4 oz half and half

4 tbs butter

1 tbs safflower oil

1 cup basil leaves

1 pound cooked fresh noodles

Lightly sautee the garlic and shallots in the oil and butter until they are cooked through but be careful not to let the garlic brown. Add the champagne, chicken broth and marinara and heat to boil. Add the clams and cook only until they open, maybe 4 minutes or less and remove the shells (turn off the heat for this). Add the shrimp and cook on high for another 4-5 minutes. Add the basil, cooked crab and basil and heat one more minute. Pour over cooked noodles. Grated cheese as desired.

Anyone got another good pasta to try. Haven't had pasta in a long time, might cook this baby up later tonight...

I could give you a macaroni and cheese recipe. And I'm not talking about the boxed Kraft kind.
