i can get the girl agent into the bathroom and the laptop charged up , i can get the guy up top to turn on the signal and then can use the laptop ... i dunno what the other guy on the bottom outside does after he helps the girl get in the window ...

I was stuck there for a good while earlier, but then it all started clicking. I'm pretty sure I'm almost to the end, but I don't know if I'll finish. It's so frustrating having to do it all over again after getting stuck.

Just keep trying different things with the guys; you'll progress. And let me know if you want a hint.
