Pretty sure that the whole going to war on faulty intellegence will make the list and knock Bill Clinton off the top ten.

I don't think it will be the Iraq war that will leave a bad mark for Bush when dealing with history.

I do think history will remember GWB as one of the presidents that moved us away form democracy as opposed to most of the other presidents that helped get us closer to it.

I say it that way because America, in its 200+ year history, has never been a true democracy; we are still working to it. Same can be said about any nation.

I still think GWB will be looked on as the "accidental" president - someone who won his victories on the stupidity of his opponents rather than any strength of his own opinions.

Nevermind the Democratic election strategies of preaching to the choir, who would have thought that disposing of ones WMD and not getting a receipt would come back to bite Saddam on the ass so badly?
